Payment Options

For bookings made online, a deposit of AU$200 per person is required within 48 hours of booking. If bookings are made within 60 days of travel, full payment must be made at time of booking.

The Fitness to Travel Declaration and acceptance of the Standard Fares and Travel Terms and Conditions must be completed at least 60 days prior to travel or with final payment, whichever occurs first.

Online & Telephone Credit Card Payments

At the time of making your booking online, there are 3 payment options:

  • Pay the full amount online via our secure payment portal
  • Pay a deposit of $200 per person, with the final balance due 60 days prior to departure
  • Take the option to pay later. Please note that your booking will not be secured until your deposit is paid. The deposit of $200 per person is due within 48 hours.

Surcharge free payment options include Direct Deposit, EFTPOS (Savings or Cheque) and Cash.

Please send a copy of the remittance advice to [email protected] including the Travel Agent name (if applicable), passenger names, booking number, amount deposited and cruise date in the email.

The above remittance details must be forwarded to Murray Princess on the day the deposit is made otherwise additional fees may apply. Without this information funds may not be identified and allocated to the correct reservation. Failure to provide this information promptly may result in bank charges for the identification of deposits, which may be deducted from your payment.
