Ngaut Ngaut Conservation Park
Explore the picturesque landscape of the Ngaut Ngaut Conservation Park and discover a unique insight into the traditional landowners, the Nganguraku people. An experienced guide from the Mannum Aboriginal Community Association will guide you through this culturally and historically significant archaeological site, where you will be able to step back thousands of years, viewing ancient rock carvings and learning about the Aboriginal dreaming and history in the area.
The easy lower section of the tour reveals ancient rock carvings, while the top section (accessed by stairs) features remnants of early habitation and tools. Good footwear is essential and souvenirs are available for purchase at the site.
